  Comprehensive 60 to 90 minute initial appointments that look at the whole picture.

• Medication management

  Thoughtful, collaborative prescribing when medication is appropriate, with specialized expertise in medication safety during pregnancy and lactation.

  Ongoing, regularly scheduled appointments help ensure you receive consistent care.

• Psychotherapy

  Supportive therapy is integrated into every visit.

  For patients who would benefit from more dedicated therapeutic support, I also offer extended 45 minute appointments when it is a good fit for their needs.

  My approach is warm, strengths-based, and grounded in validation, empathy, practical education, and individualized resources. I also draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Lactation and feeding support

  Support for the emotional and practical challenges of feeding, including feeding anxiety, milk supply stress, establishing realistic routines, return-to-work pumping strategies, and gentle weaning.

• Education and resources

  Evidence-based education and personalized resources as an integral part of your care plan.

• Collaboration and referrals

  When additional support is needed, I collaborate with and provide trusted referrals to other specialists.
